If you’re planning a website for your Tampa Bay business, start with two questions: what does the website need to do, and what does the quoted price actually include?

At Kresivo, our standard website packages are $1,900 for Essential and $2,900 for Signature, with larger or more complex projects quoted individually. These are our package prices, and the right choice depends on your pages, content, and features.

Here’s how to compare the options and plan for the full cost of getting your website online.

What changes the cost of a business website?

A website quote covers more than how the pages look. The work can include organizing your services, writing the content, adapting layouts for different screens, connecting a contact form, and preparing the site for launch.

Five things help determine the scope:

  • Pages: A focused five-page site requires a different amount of work from a larger site with individual pages for several services.

  • Writing: Supplying clear, finished business information is different from needing someone to write the website from a planning conversation.

  • Content you’ll add later: A blog or project portfolio needs a structure for adding and displaying new entries.

  • Features: Contact forms, booking tools, online payments, and connections to other software each have different requirements.

  • Photos and branding: Existing images and a usable logo can support the build. New photography, video, or logo design adds separate work.

Before comparing prices, make sure each quote covers the same things.

What does Kresivo’s $1,900 Essential website include?

Essential is designed for businesses that need a focused website using their existing content.

The one-time $1,900 build includes:

  • Up to five pages, designed and built in Framer.

  • Mobile layouts and one contact form.

  • Light refinement of your supplied copy.

  • Page titles and meta descriptions.

  • Domain connection and launch support.

  • Two consolidated revision rounds.

For example, a local service business might choose Home, About, Services, Our Work, and Contact. Your actual page list is agreed before starting.

Essential is a good fit when you already know what you want to say, have suitable photos, and need customers to understand your services and get in touch.

If you need individual pages for several services, a larger portfolio, or more help with the writing, it is worth considering a broader scope.

What does the $2,900 Signature website add?

Signature gives you more room to explain your services and show your work.

The one-time $2,900 build includes:

  • Up to eight pages with more design customization.

  • Mobile layouts, one contact form, and launch support.

  • Copywriting based on a planning call and your business information.

  • One blog or project-portfolio collection, with the initial entries agreed in your quote.

  • Page titles and meta descriptions.

  • Two consolidated revision rounds.

  • An editing walkthrough for text and images.

A content collection provides a consistent layout for entries such as articles or completed projects. It can be useful if you expect to keep adding work to your site.

Signature includes writing for the agreed website scope. Ongoing articles, extra collections, and additional content entry are separate.

You can compare both options on our website design service page.

What costs should you budget for separately?

The build price is one part of your website budget. You should also understand what you’ll pay to keep the site running and what additional creative work you need.

Hosting and your domain: Domain connection is included in our standard builds. The domain registration and website hosting fees are separate.

Paid software: A booking service, specialized form tool, or another paid integration may have its own subscription. We review the requirements before quoting additional functionality.

Photography and video: New production is separate from the website build. If you need images of your team, location, products, or completed work, plan that content early. Our photo and video production service can be scoped alongside your website.

Logo design: A new logo is a separate project. If your branding also needs attention, our graphic design service can help you prepare the assets the website will use.

Ongoing updates and marketing: Website care, new content, advertising, and social media management are separate services. A new website build is also booked separately from our monthly marketing plans.

What might the first year cost?

If you want help with small changes after launch, Kresivo offers optional Website Care at $150 per month. It includes up to one hour of small text or image updates and routine form or link checks each month. Larger changes are quoted separately.

For a simple budgeting example:

  • Essential website: $1,900.

  • Twelve months of optional Website Care: $1,800.

  • Combined build and care budget: $3,700, before hosting, domain fees, and any other extras.

For Signature, the same twelve months of care brings that combined budget to $4,700, before those separate costs.

These examples assume you choose twelve months of care. Care is optional, so you can decide how much ongoing help you need.

Do you need a new website or a smaller update?

Start by looking at what your current site already does well.

If your services are accurate, the layout works on a phone, and visitors can easily contact you, a few targeted updates may be enough. That could mean replacing older photos, clarifying a service description, or fixing a contact form.

A larger rebuild may be appropriate when the site needs a different structure, your business has changed substantially, or adding the pages and features you need has become difficult.

Review the site on your phone and check:

  • Can someone quickly understand what you offer and where you work?

  • Are your services and contact details current?

  • Do your photos accurately represent the business?

  • Does the contact form reach the right inbox?

  • Is the next step clear on each important page?

That review gives you a more useful starting point than choosing a redesign based only on the age of the site.

What about SEO?

Both standard Kresivo website packages include page titles and meta descriptions. Those deliverables do not include a recurring SEO campaign or ongoing blog writing.

When planning the site, provide accurate information about your services, service area, and work. Give each page a clear purpose and answer the questions a potential customer needs resolved before contacting you.

If you want ongoing content or additional search-related work, define that scope separately so you know what will be delivered after launch.

What should you prepare before requesting a quote?

You don’t need a finished website plan. A few details will help make the conversation productive:

  • Your main services and the locations you serve.

  • The action you want visitors to take: call, request a quote, or book a consultation.

  • Your current website, if you have one.

  • The pages and features you think you need.

  • Any existing logo, photos, and written content.

  • Your budget and preferred launch date.

We use that information to recommend a scope and explain what is included. Standard builds are paid 50% to start and 50% before launch, with the scope and schedule confirmed in your proposal.
