The starting package includes:

One starting event and up to 3 follow-up actions.
Setup using existing integrations supported by the selected tools.
Testing with agreed examples, including missing or incomplete information.
Failure notifications where supported.
One consolidated adjustment round before handover.
A walkthrough and simple instructions for using and maintaining the setup.
For example, a website inquiry could create a contact in your customer system, notify your team, and create a follow-up task.
We confirm compatibility and the exact workflow before booking. Additional workflows, complex decision paths, and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Website AI Assistant — From $1,000 one-time
Help visitors find answers and take the next step.
For businesses that receive repeat questions about their services, service area, availability process, or how to get started.
The starting package includes:
One assistant installed on one compatible website.
One language.
Configuration using up to 10 existing website pages or 25 supplied FAQs.
Answers configured around your approved business information.
Basic styling to match your website.
Lead capture through the selected platform, with inquiries delivered to one email address or its built-in inbox.
A link to your existing booking or contact page.
A clear contact option for questions that need your team.
Testing against agreed customer questions.
One consolidated adjustment round and a handover walkthrough.
This package helps visitors explore your services and submit an inquiry. Direct appointment booking, CRM connections, multiple languages, and assistants that perform actions inside other systems are quoted separately.
Automation Care — $200/month
Keep your setup reviewed as your business changes.
Optional ongoing support for one workflow or website assistant built by Kresivo.
Includes:
One functional check each month.
Up to 1 hour of minor updates and troubleshooting per month, in addition to the check.
Small changes to existing messages, approved FAQs, or workflow settings.
A brief monthly update covering checks, changes, and recommended next steps.
Email support during business hours.
Support for additional systems, new features, major rebuilds, or work beyond the included hour is quoted before it begins. Included time applies to the current month and does not roll over.
More Complex Automation — Custom Quote
For businesses that need several connected workflows, more involved lead follow-up, data migration, custom integrations, or an AI assistant with additional responsibilities.
We review the process, identify what your tools support, and agree on the deliverables, testing, ongoing costs, and support needs before starting.
AI Creative Projects — Custom Quote
We also create AI-assisted promotional clips, photo-to-video animations, and writing for business marketing.
Each project has an agreed brief covering the supplied material, finished length or quantity, formats, and revision rounds. Writing projects can include email drafts, product descriptions, or other approved business content.
Photo cleanup and standalone graphics are available through our Graphic Design service. Filmed content is available through Photo & Video Production.
How Setup and Support Work
Before booking, you receive a defined scope, a setup price, and an explanation of the software needed. We agree on delivery dates after reviewing access, content, and approvals.
Your business holds the software accounts and receives access to the completed setup. Subscriptions, AI usage, messaging fees, and other platform charges are separate from Kresivo’s fees. We identify expected running costs before you commit.
Setup includes 14 days after handover to correct issues caused by our implementation of the agreed brief. New requests and changes to third-party services are assessed separately.
Ongoing care is optional. You can manage the setup yourself after handover, while keeping any required software subscriptions active. Care is billed monthly in advance, with 30 days’ notice to end.
We agree on which actions run automatically, which need your approval, and how your team handles exceptions.
Automation is a separate project unless expressly included in your proposal. Content, editing, and other work already included in a booked Kresivo plan remain covered by that plan.
