Responsibilities
Kresivo is looking for a freelance automation specialist to help service businesses organize inquiries, connect their tools, and reduce repetitive work.
Projects may include a defined workflow, integration, or website assistant. Before each assignment begins, we agree on the deliverables, connected platforms, deadline, payment schedule, revisions, and handover requirements.
• Translate a business task into a clear workflow, identifying the information, tools, and steps it requires.
• Build automations for tasks such as lead capture, contact routing, internal notifications, and agreed follow-ups.
• Connect website forms, CRM systems, email tools, and other business applications using suitable integrations.
• Configure website assistants around approved business information, with clear options for contacting a person when needed.
• Test normal operation, missing information, duplicate submissions, and failed connections before handover.
• Configure available error notifications and explain any platform limitations or ongoing software costs.
• Handle client information and account access securely.
• Document how each system works, provide a practical walkthrough, and complete the agreed adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications
• Hands-on experience building working automations with at least one platform, such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or a comparable tool.
• Examples of completed projects and the ability to explain what you personally built.
• Understanding of triggers, actions, conditions, and how information moves between applications.
• Confidence troubleshooting failed steps, incorrect data, and connection issues.
• Clear communication, useful documentation, and reliable delivery against agreed deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience configuring business chatbots or website assistants using approved reference information.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, and service-business workflows.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic JavaScript or Python.
• Experience adding human review or approval steps to automated processes.
• Previous freelance, agency, or client-facing implementation experience.
