Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics
Sync edits to music and trending audio for maximum engagement
Color correct and enhance footage for a clean, professional look
Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts and direction
Deliver fast turnarounds while maintaining high quality
Optimize video formats and exports for each platform
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience editing short-form social media content (portfolio required)
Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what performs on social media
Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
Eye for clean, modern aesthetics that align with brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing for service businesses or agencies
Familiarity with motion graphics and After Effects
Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and formats
Experience with AI video tools (Runway, CapCut AI, etc.)
Background in shooting and editing iPhone footage
